Preorder only, pickup only, always by hand
Every box is baked for a named order. Nothing sits on a shelf, so timing matters more here than at a storefront.

Send your request
Tell us the date, the flavor, and the count. Every order begins as a request — nothing is reserved yet.

We confirm and quote
You'll hear back within 48 hours with availability, a total, and a pickup slot held in your name.
- 03
Payment holds the date
Orders $40 and under are paid in full to confirm. Orders over $40, Blood Moon, and custom work take a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- 04
Pickup in Bristol
Collect your boxes Friday 5–7 PM or Saturday 10 AM–12 PM. Refrigerated flavors are handed off cold and should stay that way.

Pickup
- Friday, 5:00–7:00 PM
- Saturday, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Pickup only in Bristol, Tennessee; the address is shared once confirmed.
- Tennessee sales only. No shipping, and no delivery by default.
- Refrigerated flavors are handed off cold and must be kept cold after pickup.
Payment
- Orders $40 and under: paid in full to confirm.
- Orders over $40, Blood Moon, and custom work: 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Your date is not held until payment or deposit is received.
